NDAX Login — Quick sign-in & account help
Clear, step-by-step instructions to sign into your NDAX account, enable and reset two-factor authentication, and recover access if you’re locked out.
Quick NDAX Login (Web) — Step-by-step
- Open your browser and go to the official NDAX site: https://ndax.io.
- Click Sign In or Log In at the top-right of the homepage.
- Enter the email address associated with your NDAX account and your password.
- If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) and enter the 6-digit code when prompted.
- Click Sign In. On success you’ll land on your NDAX dashboard.
Tip: Always verify the site URL before entering credentials to avoid phishing pages — legitimate NDAX login pages are served from ndax.io.
NDAX Mobile App Login
- Install the official NDAX app from your device’s app store.
- Open the app and tap Log In. Enter your email and password.
- Complete 2FA as required. Allow any requested permissions only if they are necessary and expected.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
2FA greatly improves account security. NDAX supports TOTP-based authenticators. When setting up 2FA, save backup recovery codes in a secure place (not in email).
Reset or recover 2FA
- If you still have access to your authenticator app but changed phones, transfer the account using the app’s backup/transfer feature.
- If you lost access to your 2FA device, use NDAX’s account recovery flow: sign in (if possible) and follow prompts for 2FA reset, or contact NDAX Support with the identity verification documents they request.
Common Login Problems & Troubleshooting
- Forgot password: Use the Forgot Password link to request a reset email. Follow the reset link promptly — reset links usually expire.
- Not receiving emails: Check spam/junk folders, ensure your email provider isn’t blocking NDAX, and confirm the email on file is correct.
- 2FA failures: Ensure the authenticator’s clock is synced (time drift can cause wrong codes). Many authenticator apps have a “sync” or “time correction” setting.
- Account locked: Accounts may be temporarily locked after repeated failed attempts. Contact NDAX Support for unlock procedures.
Security Best Practices
- Use a unique, strong password and a reputable password manager.
- Enable 2FA using an authenticator app (avoid SMS 2FA when possible).
- Beware of phishing: never share your password, 2FA codes, or recovery codes with anyone.
- Keep browser and app software up to date.
Need More Help?
If you can’t resolve a login issue, contact NDAX Support via their official support channels. Include non-sensitive details (no passwords or 2FA codes). Expect to provide identity verification if account recovery is required.
